Our
History
Founded
in 2001, Senior Life Solutions is a family owned and operated company.
We specialize exclusively in Reverse Mortgages. We are an advocate
for Seniors, and our mission is to help seniors achieve their retirement
goals through the use of Reverse Mortgages. Our success is based
upon the fact that we listen to the needs of our clients.
In
addition to being a government approved provider of Reverse Mortgages
through the Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD), we are also a member of the National
Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association (NRMLA) and adhere to
their strict Code
of Conduct. In order to remain a HUD approved lender, companies
must agree to be audited each year by an independent auditing firm,
covering all aspects of the operation, including: all financial
information, record keeping, policies, procedures, employment, compliance
with statutes and regulations, etc. We are proud of the fact
Senior Life Solutions has passed this rigorous test every year since
our inception!
As
opposed to many of our competitors who are owned by large corporations,
we are an independently owned company headquartered in Vancouver,
Washington....no large overhead to cover, no parent company to please.
We pride ourselves on being able to provide the type of consultative
service Seniors require when making a decision regarding a Reverse
Mortgage. Simply stated, our customers are our priorities.
Many
times we find that a Reverse Mortgage is the ideal solution for
Senior Citizens either looking to improve their retirement income,
or who are seeking assistance with estate planning and inheritance
issues. Sometimes, however, the Reverse Mortgage product is not
the answer, but with our combined 15 years of lending experience,
we are able to analyze each individual’s needs and determine if
this is the right product for them. Our clients look to us as true
consultants, not just mortgage brokers.
